NV Crémant de Bourgogne Brut Grande Cuvée, Veuve Ambal

Burgundian fizz, full of exotic fruit, balanced by a fresh wash of citrus; on the nose, the perfume of white flowers and a warm scent of fresh-baked pastries.

Hand harvested, de-stemmed then 3 days cold soak. Transferred to stainless steel for fermentation lasting 6 days, with a further 10 days on the skins. Transferred to oak botti for 14 month's maturation prior to bottling.
